Celebrating MIS Champions 1KEY Agile BI Suite Launch

The event was the biggest ever launch technically and commercially planned and done by MAIA Intelligence. We at MAIA Intelligence have been working hard for this day to release 1KEY Agile BI Suite launch. We have released 15 modules of various presentation layers and utilities in this edition of 1KEY. Aptly name 1KEY Agile as in today’s world agility is the key to an enterprise success. We added the tag line BI Suite as this first ever end to end compilation of presentation layers for data visualization on single layer and which was again interoperable at data source level hence a suite of BI product bundled to gather as 1KEY Agile BI Suite.
1KEY AGILE BI SUITE - modules
We are proud that the complete product was ground up conceived and developed in-house. Historically peer group of other big names in BI are either acquired or product companies which are merged hence none of the modules are on single layer nor interoperable. Let me state an example for the same; let’s assume we have to define role based hierarchical access to data you will have to do it individually for each of their modules where in 1KEY BI it works on single level definitions. Similarly in other BI product meta data methods to access data sources differs for each module hence for representing the same data on multiple presentation layer modules you need to work for each of the modules where as in MAIA it is single source for meta data methods to access data sources for all the presentation layers within 1KEY Agile BI Suite.
We created and launched the www.mis-champions.com website for the event. The event was scheduled at Renaissance, Powai and our expectation was of CXO level around 75 attendances hence we had booked the ballroom for the same. We did a unique personalization of event invite where in the CXO name was written on time magazine cover page as MIS champion Year 2008 and back side was also a personal invitation. We received positive response for the innovative invitation as CXO community loved to see their name on Time Magazine front cover page.

We had interaction with CIO community and they always were in discussion of making an independent CIO forum. We discussed the same on launching this CIO forum using the same platform of 1KEY Agile BI Suite Launch. They decided to name this forum as CIO KLUB and founder were Ashish Chauhan (Group CIO, Reliance Industries), Anwer Bagdadi(VP , CFC International), Prakash Pawar (CTO, Intrex Ltd.), Radhakrishna Pillai(CIO, SRL Ranbaxy) , Satish Pendse (CIO, HCC), Shirish Gariba (CIO, ELbee) , Vikas Gadre (CIO,TATA Chemicals), Vilas Pujari (GM Corporate IT, ACG World Wide), Zoeb Adenwala (CIO, Essel Propack). This was big coup MAIA could pull off as our relationship with CIO community has always been very strong and personalized. We helped them design and put up www.cioklub.in website. Suddenly with this one new agenda getting added in the 1KEY Agile BI Suite MIS Champions event the success was now very much a shared responsibility of the CIO themselves as now this was their own event.

There were few challenges again there 3 things which were deterrent 1.) IBM had a CIO event being held at Goa for Lotus notes on same dates. 2.) Being an auspicious day and vacation season, there were lots of marriages event happening on that day. 3.) Renaissance Hotel Location Powai Suburb- which has the best possible lake view on Mumbai city but had a travel time of 2 hour if coming from town. The event was turning out to be the talk of the town and within the CXO community. Still we received fantastic response and over 300+ physical confirmation and event attendee registration. We worked hard and hand in hand with CIO KLUB members to ensure the event gets best and important CIO level gathering. Due to this overwhelming response we move the event from ball room to open terrace view, with round table sitting for 150 attendees. We got 167 participant in the event from who is who of CIO community and full force of media houses press correspondents of IT publication.

The event progressed very well with Ashwin Dedhia, Director Solution at MAIA hosted the evening. Event had begun with a great Audio Visual-AV on innovation and MAIA Intelligence vision. My self Sanjay Mehta CEO MAIA Intelligence did the brief keynote address by unveiling and launching 1KEY Agile BI Suite. Vikram Kole – Head followed successfully the act by a product demonstration taking the participants through the benefits and advantages of each. All attendees really loved the show which I could see it on their face and attention which they were giving to Vikram speech. There was shine and hope on their face when they experience each presentation layer especially cube, dashboard, ticker and KPI. It gave all the attendees an essence that there was more to MIS than spreadsheet and now MAIA is the company which understands that. Next was an AV of our customer testimonials Reliance Capital Mr. Kishan Dagha Vice President for research work in Madhusudhan Kela team. He gave the benefits and usage of 1KEY Agile BI in research on equity side and how 1KEY is working integrated with Interwoven worksite. Similarly for Elbee Express, Tata Chemicals, SRL Ranbaxy.

Then came up the most interesting section where in Ashwin was taking interview of customers and prospective ones with incisive question which delighted the attendees. Finally the CIO KULB launch happened with Ashish Chauhan lighting the lamp and opening the website www.cioklub.in. Shirish Gariba then took the attendees through the objectives and further revealing the governing body and committees. All CIO were enthralled and eager to join the club and volunteer for activities. The night was looking great with open sky, slow breeze flowing, attendees enjoying their drinks overlooking was the complete city lighted up and its reflection on the lake. 25th April was the land mark day and for every one who attended the event was memorable with fantastic take away on BI and CIO KLUB.
