Bill Gates resigned last week handing over the reigns of Microsoft to Steve Ballmer.
Microsoft has been ruling the software industry and it has such an unparallel partner ecosystems which feeds on it. Bill Gates is leaving behind a rich legacy of products foundation on which in future Microsoft will thrive upon. Yes they have missed the bus on internet search where in Google has an head start but Microsoft will take over Google in internet space under the leadership of Steve Ballmer.

Bill Gates has time over recognized the partners expertise, rewards them for their impact in the technology marketplace and help partners with tools and resources to grow their business & become profitable regardless of its size or focus.

Bill Gates to work full-time at the Foundation, part-time at Microsoft as Chairman and as a senior technical adviser was announced publicly two years in advance, because it allowed them the time to make a strong transition to Steve Ballmer leadership, and provides the full transparency which I think makes them the best. Microsoft with Bill Gates at helm impacted people and this impact is growing exponentially. Microsoft created wealth in it journey to success and Bill Gates is now giving back that wealth in a structured charitable way to the society.
