As the user selects the data, the graphical form of the data; the chart is built instantly. This chart can be exported to HTML, MHT, PDF, XLS, image format like BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG. This Cube report can be e-mailed or exported as an excel, text, HTML, PDF, MHT or an RTF file. A user can even add comments to the report. The comment can be viewed across by other users in this report. A user also has an option of Show Drill-Down, wherein the detailed transactions of a particular data may be sales in a company are displayed.
